Leistung

Die App erkennt auf den Seiten Ihres Shops Text, der für Ratenzahlung, Finanzierung oder späteres Bezahlen wirbt, und zeigt direkt darunter den von Ihnen eingestellten Hinweis an, standardmäßig „Achtung! Kreditaufnahme kostet Geld“. Die Erkennung arbeitet automatisch. Text in Bildern, in Videos, in eingebetteten Fremdinhalten oder in Formulierungen, die die App nicht kennt, kann sie übersehen. Fehlende Begriffe können Sie in den Einstellungen ergänzen.

Keine Rechtsberatung

Die App ist keine Rechtsberatung. Sie bleiben für Ihre Werbung verantwortlich, insbesondere für die Pflichtangaben nach § 17 PAngV, für den Wortlaut und die Platzierung des Hinweises und für Werbung außerhalb Ihres Shops, etwa in Newslettern, Anzeigen oder sozialen Netzwerken. Prüfen Sie Ihre Seiten nach der Einrichtung.

Preise und Kündigung

Die App kostet 4,99 USD pro 30 Tage nach einer kostenlosen Testphase von 7 Tagen und wird über Shopify abgerechnet. Ohne aktives Abonnement zeigt die App keinen Hinweis an. Sie kündigen, indem Sie die App deinstallieren.

Haftung

Für Vorsatz, grobe Fahrlässigkeit und Verletzungen von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit haftet der Anbieter unbeschränkt. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haftet er nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten, begrenzt auf den vertragstypisch vorhersehbaren Schaden und insgesamt auf die in den letzten 12 Monaten vor dem Schadensfall gezahlten Entgelte. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen.

Schlussbestimmungen

Es gilt das Recht der Republik Serbien unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Änderungen dieser Bedingungen werden auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht.

Service

The app recognizes text on your shop’s pages that advertises installments, financing or paying later, and shows the notice you configure directly below it, by default “Achtung! Kreditaufnahme kostet Geld”. Recognition is automatic. It can miss text in images, videos, embedded third-party content, or wording the app does not know. You can add missing phrases in the settings.

No legal advice

The app is not legal advice. You remain responsible for your advertising, in particular for the mandatory information under § 17 PAngV, for the wording and placement of the notice, and for advertising outside your shop such as newsletters, ads or social media. Check your pages after setup.

Prices and cancellation

The app costs USD 4.99 per 30 days after a free 7-day trial and is billed through Shopify. Without an active subscription the app shows no notice. You cancel by uninstalling the app.

Liability

The provider is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, the provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typically foreseeable for this contract and in total to the fees paid in the 12 months before the damage occurred. Liability is otherwise excluded.

Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Serbia applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Changes to these terms are published on this page.
